ROK Has It’s Own Mobile Hotel APP!
Expanding on The ROK’s already extensive list of modern and luxury amenities, the hotel has just launched its first new custom App, viewable at myrokapp.com.
The ROK App puts all of the hotels amenities at your fingertips wherever you may be, via – smartphone, tablet or laptop – anytime, anywhere.
“We are very excited to be the first hotel in Charleston to offer its own Mobile App. This new ROK App provides our guests with the same convenience of our Concierge Staff or In-Room Directory, allowing for all hotel amenities and services to be available at the touch of their fingers wherever they may be.” said ROK’s General Manager, Howard Letts.
Guests are able to communicate directly with The ROK Concierge Staff and receive messages by email, text message, or phone call when requesting any service.
A sampling of what guests are able to do on the App include:
- Receive personal mobile concierge and trip coordination
- Order pre arrival grocery services
- Request spa appointments, restaurant reservations or order tickets
- View local attractions, restaurants and tours, and their proximity to the hotel
- Book hotel or restaurant reservations
- Have food delivered to their suite from area restaurants
- Order in-room iPads, Apple TV’s, movies, bicycles, or even beach towels and chairs
- Review and order their preferred pillow selections, snacks or wine
- View local weather conditions
