Off Street Parking

The hotel offers valet parking at a fee of $18 per evening.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 72 hours before 4 p.m. of the day of arrival.  Guests who do not cancel within this time will be charged for a one-night stay with tax.

Credit Card Policy

The Restoration on King accepts all major credit cards

Check- in/Check- out Time

Check-in time is at 3 p.m. and check out time is 12 p.m.  If late check-out is requested there may be an additional fee.  Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available.

Early Check-Out Policy

The Restoration on King charges an early departure fee of $75.

Guarantee Policy

Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Pet Policy

The Restoration on King does not allow pets but will be happy to assist in finding lodging for your pet prior to your stay.

Smoking Policy

Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment.  Smoking in designated non-smoking area is subject to a fine.
