ROK Launches New Hotel App!

Charleston’s award-winning luxury hotel partners with industry-leading technology platform.

Expanding on The ROK’s already extensive list of modern and luxury amenities, the hotel has just launched its first new custom App, viewable at myrokapp.com. The new ROK mobile app is also available as a free download from iTunes App Store for iPhones and iPads, and Android Play Store for Android devices.

The ROK App, powered by Runtriz’s mobile technology platform, puts all of the hotels amenities at your fingertips wherever you may be, via – smartphone, tablet or laptop – anytime, anywhere.  

This new service offers guests their own personal mobile concierge, enabling them to order pre arrival grocery services, request spa appointments, book hotel or restaurant reservations, tour information and even local weather conditions.  Guests are able to communicate directly with The ROK Concierge Staff and receive messages by email, text message, or phone call when requesting any service.  

Several of the area’s local attractions, restaurants and tour companies are also viewable on maps, which display each location and its proximity to the hotel.  Guests can use the mobile app to easily connect to each location, order tickets, make appointments, peruse the menus, and have food delivered to their suite from area restaurants.

Additionally, guests are able to choose often-undiscovered amenities that are offered at the ROK via the mobile app including ordering in-room iPads, Apple TV’s, preferred pillow selections, snacks, wine or movie menus, bicycles, or even beach towels and chairs.

In addition to its guest-facing hospitality solutions, the new ROK App also offers several staff-facing mobile solutions that facilitate staff-to-staff communication as well as expedite and dispatch requests.
